Requirements Analysis & Specification Development We developed detailed tender specifications for the replacement of AV systems in various spaces and the refresh of the auditorium, guaranteeing that the new systems would satisfy both present and future operational requirements.

Procurement Management assisted the tender process and provided expert guidance in selecting the most suitable AV integrator, ensuring the chosen partner could deliver both technical excellence and sensitivity to the building’s unique requirements.
