We have no commercial relationships with manufacturers or installers. Your brief is the only thing shaping the specification.

New build and refurbishment

Modern AV and IT systems are technically complex and must integrate with other building services. Early involvement prevents costly changes later. We work closely with architects and construction teams so that technical requirements don’t compromise the aesthetics – the best systems are the ones you barely notice.

Procurement support

Complex systems require complex tenders. We help you evaluate responses so you’re comparing like with like — a low bid doesn’t always deliver what you need. Many system integrators refer clients to independent consultants before bidding; this creates a fair competition and keeps your requirements at the centre of the specification.

If a supplier offers us an incentive during a tender, we refuse it and tell you immediately.

Your requirements determine the technology. We have no allegiances to specific brands or platforms.

Full transparency

When manufacturers or integrators contract us directly for technical support, we disclose those relationships to our consultancy clients.
